Most projects, ideas, and ambitions die in the middle. Not the start, not the end, the middle. This program is about learning how to finish things, especially things that are hard, slow, or no longer exciting. You will learn why people quit, how to recognise the patterns in yourself, and how to build the practice of completion. The skill of finishing is the difference between people with potential and people with portfolios.
What you will be able to do
- 01Understand why people quit and spot the patterns that make you quit.
- 02Tell a passing dip from a true dead end before you walk away.
- 03Make smaller commitments that you can keep, and make them in public.
- 04Push through the boring middle of a project without losing heart.
- 05Ship work that is done instead of waiting for it to be perfect.
- 06Know when quitting is right and how to quit well when it is.
