Building anything in Africa means dealing with systems that do not work the way they should: government bureaucracy, banking delays, infrastructure gaps, regulatory uncertainty, and institutional opacity. This program teaches the practical craft of operating inside those systems without being broken by them. You will learn how to navigate, work around, build redundancy, and maintain your own integrity when the system around you does not. This is survival skill and strategic skill at the same time.
What you will be able to do
- 01Read how a system really works, through both its formal and informal rules.
- 02See where power sits and the patterns that keep repeating.
- 03Set up backups and a network of people who help you get things done.
- 04Document everything and use patience as a strategy.
- 05Tell compromise from corruption and know when to fight or walk away.
- 06Build with integrity even when the system around you does not.
