Working With Broken Systems

Building anything in Africa means dealing with systems that do not work the way they should: government bureaucracy, banking delays, infrastructure gaps, regulatory uncertainty, and institutional opacity. This program teaches the practical craft of operating inside those systems without being broken by them. You will learn how to navigate, work around, build redundancy, and maintain your own integrity when the system around you does not. This is survival skill and strategic skill at the same time.
