The Examined Life
Socrates said the unexamined life is not worth living. Two and a half thousand years later, most of us are still not doing the work. This program is a structured practice in self-examination, not as therapy and not as philosophy, but as the basic discipline of living with intention. You will look at the values you actually live by versus the ones you claim, the patterns that keep showing up in your life, and the questions you have been avoiding. This is quiet work. It is also the foundation of every meaningful change a person can make.
