Schools taught you what to learn. They almost never taught you how. As a result, most adults read books they never apply, take courses they never finish, and forget most of what they study within weeks. This program teaches the actual mechanics of learning: how memory works, why repetition fails most people, what deep understanding requires, and how to teach yourself anything. By the end, you will have a personal learning system you can use for the rest of your life, regardless of what you decide to learn next.
What you will be able to do
- 01Understand how memory works and why you forget most of what you study.
- 02Use spaced repetition and active recall to remember what matters.
- 03Explain ideas simply with the Feynman technique to find the gaps in what you know.
- 04Practise deliberately, so your skills improve instead of standing still.
- 05Build a reading practice and notes that grow more useful over time.
- 06Leave with a learning system you can use for the rest of your life.
